Assalamualaikum
As you begin to change your diet for the better, make a habit of reading labels on food packages, in addition to using this counter. Required on most foods, the "Nutrition Facts" label is quick way to get information about serving sizes, calories, fat ( including saturated fat and trans fat ), cholestrol, sodium, fiber, sugars, carbohydrates, and protein. You'll also find a list of ingredients in descending order by weight. The ingredients list is also a good place to look for healthy ingredients such as soy; monounsaturated fats such as olive, canola, or peanut oils; or whole grains, like whole wheat flour and oats. By carefully reading nutrition labels, you can make sure you're eating a healthy diet and not getting any suprises.Hope you all get healthy lifestyle same as me ;)
